Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Resolution

A configuration flag, "VRF_IF_NOIPOVERLAP" , is introduced in mpls.conf     file for this new feature to be enabled or disabled.

By default, this feature is disabled until this flag is set to "TRUE".  Due to limitation of current architecture in MPLS Server some conditions such as IP overlapping used by VRF interface could lead to unexpected results, so if IP overlapping exists, enabling this feature is not recommended.
