Resolution

There is no way to disable ics-nl-processing.asl messages. These messages were introduced in Smarts SAM to log all the notifications which are discarded without notifying or without clearing. This functionality was introduced after several customer issues were reported that indicated notifications were "missing". Smarts SAM now does this logging to collect information that will help EMC Customer Services personnel investigate these kind of issues and be able to determine what notifications are not being processed and why.
