Cannot access the Ionix/Smarts OI domain Notification List from the Service Assurance Manager's Global Console
Can view the Notification List for the Ionix/Smarts SAM domain from the Service Assurance Manager's Global Console but not the Notification List for the Ionix/Smarts OI domain

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Cause

The user attempting to view the Notification List does not have a user account configured in the OI domain.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, ensure that the user attempting to view the Notification List has a user account configured in the OI domain. You can check this as follows:
  1. Open up the Global Manager Administration Console.
  2. Attach to the OI domain using an Administrator level account.
  3. Expand the Users tree.
  4. The user attempting to view the Notification List should be specified here.

If the user account has not been created, create a user account as specified in the "User Configuration for the Global Manager" section of the EMC Ionix Service Assurance Manager Configuration Guide
