To resolve this issue, ensure that the user attempting to view the Notification List has a user account configured in the OI domain. You can check this as follows:
- Open up the Global Manager Administration Console.
- Attach to the OI domain using an Administrator level account.
- Expand the Users tree.
- The user attempting to view the Notification List should be specified here.
If the user account has not been created, create a user account as specified in the "User Configuration for the Global Manager" section of the EMC Ionix Service Assurance Manager Configuration Guide.
