Resolution

The MIB for RecoverPoint (OID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.216580) is available for download on EMC Online Support at https://download.emc.com/downloads/DL14656_RecoverPoint_MIB.txt .

Additionally some standard generic OIDs may appear from the Linux OS and Dell hardware, but these MIBs are not used by RecoverPoint:

  • OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.4 is for the starting and stopping of netsnmpd and is described by NET-SNMP-AGENT-MIB & NET-SNMP-MIB.
  • OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.3.2.10 is for the SNMP agent OS and is described by NET-SNMP-TC.

EMC customers can download documentation or software from EMC Online Support.  From the EMC Support home page menu bar, select Support by Product, search for the product using "Find a Product". The product page provides one-stop access to technical and support-related information by EMC product for downloads, documentation, tools and additional content.

Because the view is restricted based on customer agreements, you may not have permission to view certain downloads. Should you not see a software download you believe you should have access to, follow the instructions in EMC Knowledgebase solution  Link Error: .
