OSPF and BGP Connectivity missing from maps when using groups

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Resolution

When using User and User profiles in SAM by default OSPF and BGP connectivities are not shown in maps.

This applies to both Operators and administrators.

To enable:

  1. Highlight the relevant User Profile in Global Manager Administration Console.
     
  2. Click Modify List... button for Console Operations: section.
     
  3. Expand Map and tick the boxes for OSPF and BGP Connectivity.
