Environment

Cause
By default, Smarts SAM and OI are configured to subscribe to a default domain named INCHARGE-AM.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, use the Global Manager Administration Console to disable the subscription from the INCHARGE-AM domain in both SAM and OI as follows:
Open the Global Manager Administration Console and connect it to SAM and OI domains.
For both domains, navigate to the folllowing:
ICS Configuration -> IC Domain Configuration -> Domains -> INCHARGE-AM
With INCHARGE-AM selected, de-select the Enabled checkbox so that it is not checked and click Apply
Choose Configure -> Reconfigure Server. This will effectively remove the subscription between SAM/OI and INCHARGE-AM and will clear any Session Disconnected notifications for both SAM and OI domains.
