then the most likely cause is having applied PTF RO71551 without running the necessary HOLD ACTION jobs referenced in the fix data.
RO71551 adds support for OSA-E5S port monitoring.
Failing to run the associated HOLD ACTION JCL jobs after applying the PTF results in the error condition because module $IPSA16Z is modified by RO71551 to process OSA-E5S ports, but the necessary MDO fields have not been copied to your OSCNTL file for use by the module.
To resolve this problem, do EITHER of the following:
A. Modify and run both HOLD ACTION jobs referenced in PTF RO71551 according to the supplied instructions.
OR
B. Rerun the S03LDVIP install job located in your region install JCL library.
Note - You will need to shut down the affected NetMaster region and also any other regions that share the same hlq.OSCNTL and hlq.MODSDIS files while running the jobs.
After completing either of the actions listed above, the error messages should no longer appear once the regions are restarted.
