Cause
The broker service is not restoring the list of registered domains.
Resolution
Use the --restore option for the broker startup command.
Example:
sm_service install --force --name=ic-broker "--description=SMARTS InCharge Broker" --env=SM_CLIENTCONNECT=brokerConnect.conf --startmode=runonce C:\InCharge6\SAM\smarts\bin\brstart.exe "--port=426" "--restore=<base dir>/smarts/local/repos/broker/broker.rps" "--output"
