Anti-Virus software generates messages when VoyenceControl files are scanned
The following message is generated when VoyenceControl files are scanned by Anti-Virus software:

/usr/tomcat/apache-tomcat-5.5.27/webapps/web/WEB-INF/lib/voyence-web-2.2.0.561.jar/WebHelp.zip
/usr/tomcat/apache-tomcat-5.5.27/webapps/web/WEB-INF/classes/WebHelp.zip

Found trojan or variant Exploit-ZIP.b !!!
       Please send a copy of the file to McAfee

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Resolution

To work around this issue, do the following:

find /usr/tomcat " grep WebHelp.zip " xargs rm

find /opt/voyence/web " grep war$ " xargs rm  

(opt/voyence/web/war/voyence-web-2.2.0.561.war, but not the war directory)
