Symptoms:
Config changes list as external:trap when using SNMP traps.

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM
Cause
SNMP traps do not provide the username of the person who made the device change.
Resolution
To correct this issue, disable SNMP traps on the device and use syslog instead.
