Is it possible to export User Profiles from one instance of Smarts Network Configuration Manager (Smarts NCM) to another?

Users from one instance of Smarts NCM are not being displayed in separate instance

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Resolution

As of the date this solution was approved (February 2013), this funcitonality is not supported by Smarts NCM and cannot be done.  There is no way to export user profiles from one instance of Smarts NCM and import them into another.  Users which have been created in one instance will also have to be manually created in the other.
