"Cannot schedule upgrade at a time in the past" error in VCF UI

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Scheduling upgrade in SDDC UI will fail with the below error

/var/log/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-debug.log :

2022-02-14T15:55:37.612+0000 ERROR [ff92b0d306e2be2a,f789] [c.v.e.s.l.a.r.c.u.UpgradeController,http-nio-127.0.0.1-7400-exec-4] In UpgradeController, failed to post upgrade

com.vmware.evo.sddc.lcm.model.error.LcmException: Cannot schedule upgrade at a time in past

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 3.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x

Cause

This happens when the Jump box time from which you are accessing SDDC UI is behind SDDC Manager time

Resolution

Make sure Jump box time from where you are accessing SDDC UI to upgrade VCF components is in sync with SDDC Manager time.

Preferably sync Jump box time with the same NTP server as SDDC Manager
