Network uplink redundancy lost alert is not getting cleared once the network is up

Issue/Introduction

Network links are going down and coming back online in a very short time. For example, less than 1 second in below log snippets.


Symptoms:
Network uplink redundancy lost alert is not getting cleared on the vCenter Server once the network is up.

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 7.0

Cause

As the action is super fast: vobd receives the two "esx.clear.net.dvport.redundancy.restored", "esx.problem.net.dvport.redundancy.lost" at the same time, and vobd should handle these two as correct orders, but the old codes doesn't handle it properly.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in ESXi 7.0 P08 (ESXi 7.0 Update 3o).
