Network uplink redundancy lost alert is not getting cleared on the vCenter Server once the network is up.
Environment
ESXi 7.x
ESXi 8.x
Cause
vobd receives "esx.clear.net.dvport.redundancy.restored", "esx.problem.net.dvport.redundancy.lost" at the same time and does not process the order correctly.
PR 3101512: You see a warning for lost uplink redundancy even when the uplink is active
If you quickly remove the network cable from a physical NIC and reinsert it, the ESXi host agent, hostd, triggers an event to restore uplink redundancy, but in some cases, although the uplink restores in a second, you still see a misleading alarm for lost uplink redundancy.
