Cannot edit VM settings in Flex Client when Video Card is set to Auto-detect settings.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• When video card settings on a Powered On VM is set to Auto-detect settings, cannot edit settings of that VM.
• Total video memory under Video card in Edit Settings menu shows 0 MB.

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7
VMware vCenter Server 6.7.x

Cause

This issue occurs when the Video Cards settings on a VM are set to Auto-detect Settings on ESXi 6.7.

Resolution

Currently there is no resolution.

Workaround:
Use the HTML5 Client to edit settings of affected VMs or use a direct client to the ESXi host.
