Issue/Introduction

When you need to have multiple ranges in an individual scratch subpool, you can code it like this:

SCRPOOL=name,RANGE=aaaaaa-bbbbbb,RANGE=cccccc-dddddd,

          RANGE=eeeeee,ffffff,RANGE=gggggg-hhhhhh

The RANGE keywords must be the last keywords for the pool.
