Issue/Introduction

During pks update-cluster activity, the apply-addon VM became unresponsive. The VM was not showing in the IaaS

Environment

Product Version: 1.11

Resolution

To get around this:

bosh -d recreate --fix apply-addon/CID

That can recreate the apply-addon VM so that it remains in Running state.

Then perform the activity that was failing:
For example:
tkgi update-cluster
