Isolation Segment Smoke Test Fails when upgrading to VMware Tanzu Application Service (TAS) for VMs 2.13

Issue/Introduction

The Isolation Segment smoke test errand fails with the following error in VMware Tanzu Application Service (TAS) for VMs.

Resolution

Since the release of TAS 2.13, Isolation segment to TAS needs port 6067 open, see: https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-tanzu/platform/tanzu-platform-for-cloud-foundry/6-0/tpcf/routing-is.html
