Apps Manager Container Networking Create Policy not working in Apps Manager in TAS 2.13.13+

Issue/Introduction

When a user selects an App in the TAS Application Manager, and then "Container Networking" "Create Policy", the "Add Policy" form for an app does not populate the org and space fields, despite the user being a member of (having roles assigned for) a non-zero number of orgs and spaces.

Product Version: 2.13

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting TAS 2.13.13+ versions. A fix is planned to be included in TAS 2.13.21.

As a workaround, the CLI "cf add-network-policy" continues to work in affected versions.
