Upgrade to 2.13.20 is failing with no space left on device

Issue/Introduction

When trying to install TAS version 2.13.20 and Cloud Controller VM is one of the type having a 32 GB disk (Eg: xlarge) , you may see the following error during upgrade that indicates the disk got filled up:

Resolution

R&D is still investigating why this release in particular might have crossed the size threshold.

In the meanwhile the workaround would be to change the VM type to  one with 64 GB disk (Eg: 2xlarge) so it can accommodate the extra space needed for this version.
