Issue/Introduction

The CA-ACF2 SMF record layouts can be produced by executing the ACFSMF macro. This macro is located in the CAX1MAC0 dataset. The macro contains information as to how to produce listings for all CA-ACF2 SMF records or to selectively list the layouts for specific records.
