Error in console when creating CUPS using CF CLI V8 with TAS 2.11

Issue/Introduction

When using TAS prior to 2.11.45 2.11 CF CLI version 8.x you can experience following issue.

You can create user provide services (cups) via the CLI but when you try and look at the configuration of the service via the App Manager you see the error message
"TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object"

Environment

Product Version: 2.11

Resolution

This is a problem with Apps Manager which is fixed in TAS 2.11.45 and 2.13 and above are unaffected.
