Is os-conf supported on Jammy stemcells?

Resolution

We have confirmed that the os-conf project is still supported on Jammy. 

This commit (https://github.com/cloudfoundry/os-conf-release/pull/65) describes steps added for Jammy compatibility. The VMware Bosh team confirms that they are running the os-conf-release acceptance tests against jammy, and they're passing.
