Unable to share service instances between spaces in Apps Manager in TAS 2.13+ and TAS 3.X

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to share a service instance between spaces through the Apps Manager UI, the following is shown:



No orgs or spaces are displayed, making it impossible to share the service.

Environment

Product Version: 3.0

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting TAS 2.13.13+ and TAS 3.x versions. A fix is being worked on and will be included in a future TAS release.

Using the CF CLI to share services between spaces is not impacted.
