BOSH command fails with blob store error in Azure

Issue/Introduction

Some BOSH commands such as bosh cck fails with the following error:

L Error: CPI error 'Bosh::Clouds::CloudError' with message 'get_blob_properties: #<Faraday::ConnectionFailed wrapped=#<SocketError: Failed to open TCP connection to xxxxx.blob.core.windows.net:443 (Hostname not known: xxxxx.blob.core.windows.net)>>

In addition, when trying to browse Azure storage through the Azure web UI or Azure Storage Explorer, the UI data never gets loaded.

Resolution

Please contact Azure support since this issue is related to their storage being inaccessible.
