LGPO.zip does not have the correct hash

Issue/Introduction

When creating a Windows stemcell with stembuild, getting this error with LGPO tool:

2020-09-15T11:00:52.6145172+00:00 C:\provision/LGPO.zip does not have the correct hash
2020-09-15T11:00:52.6145172+00:00 One or more files are corrupted or missing.
2020-09-15T11:00:52.6301459+00:00 Failed to validate required dependencies. See 'c:\provision\log.log' for more info.

Resolution

Microsoft has released a new version of LGPO v3 in September 2020.

This new LGPO v3 version is compatible with stembuild 2019.26+
https://github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/stembuild/releases/tag/2019.26

The older version LGPO v2.2 can be used with stembuild 2019.25 or earlier version.
