winfs-injector issue when building Tanzu Application Service [Windows] (TASW) tile

Issue/Introduction

You are getting the following error when building Tanzu Application Service [Windows] TASW tile with the winfs-injector tool:

winfs-injector --input-tile downloaded-files/pas-windows-2.7.12-build.2.pivotal --output-tile downloaded-product/pas-windows-2.7.12-build.2.pivotal
open /tmp/015434627/extracted-tile/embed/windowsfs-release/src/code.cloudfoundry.org/windows2016fs/2019/IMAGE_TAG: no such file or directory

Environment

Product Version: 2.7

Resolution

To resolve this issue, you may use a more recent version for the winfs-injector tool. A new version winfs-injector-0.16.0 has been released: https://network.pivotal.io/products/pas-windows/#/releases/615088
