Issue/Introduction
- When performing Live Update with Tanzu Developer Tools for VS Code, the terminal sometimes gets frozen.
- Other VS Code terminals work fine.
- Error message Attached drain handler from user-container is showing in the queue-proxy log.

Resolution
Temporary workaround:
- The issue can be temporarily solved by Stop Live Update.
Permanent Fix:
- This is a known bug Readiness probe fails if the container restarts after a liveness probe fail and it was fixed in Knative version 1.7.
- TAP 1.3 is using knative 1.6 and TAP 1.4 is released with knative 1.8.
- Therefore, upgrading to TAP 1.4 is recommended to permanently fix the issue.
- The issue can be temporarily solved by Stop Live Update.
