Issue/Introduction

Downloading 'FILE_NAME' to '/PATH/FILE_NAME'
Downloader.Get: could not create new download link in get: 403 - We are reviewing the transaction that you have submitted. Confirm that you provided a valid first name, last name, address and country when you registered. Please note that it will take 24 hours for the review process to confirm your eligibility. Contact Support after 24 hours if you have any questions. Quote message ID "Error 621" and provide the email address you used when registering.. Errors:
  • This issue usually happens when the customers are using a new Tanzu Network account to download the files. And sometime even waited more than 24 hours as suggested by the error message, it's still failing to download the files.
  • The reason behind this is that the new Tanzu Network account is still undergoing the compliance check and it sometime consumes more time during the holidays.

Resolution

  • The customers to open a Tanzu service request and then Tanzu customer engineers will need to complete the entitlement check and coordinate with Tanzu Network team (Internal channel: #tanzu-network) to unlock the user to be able to download the files from Tanzu Network page.
  • Once confirmed that the compliance check is completed and the user is able to download the files, customers can refer to One or more Tanzu Application Platform packages failed to reconcile and run below command to retry the TAP deployment.
