Resolution

Cause

This is a known issue reported in the TAS for VMs 2.9 Release Notes. The Smoke Test errand fails for an Isolation Segment when the Isolation Segment name begins with a hyphen.

Workaround

To workaround this issue please rename the Isolation Segment, excluding the hyphen, and Apply Changes. A permanent fix will be in a future patch release of TAS for VMs 2.9.x.
