Issue/Introduction
As of TAS Event Alerts 1.2, you can configure your SMTP server for email notifications. This article details how to set the auth-less SMTP server with Email Configuration for TAS Event Alerts.
Environment
Cause
According to the Email Configuration of TAS Event Alerts tile, the "SMTP Server Credentials" configuration allows you to input user name and password for the target SMTP server used for SMTP authentication, however there are no options to set the auth-less SMTP server.
Resolution
To set the auth-less SMTP server for email notifications, leave the "SMTP Server Credentials" configuration blank.
