Port requirements in firewall for CABI to communicate with OneClick

Issue/Introduction

 

Symptoms: 

 

After a successful installation of Spectrum with report manager and CABI, when running a report you may see errors such as:

Unable to render HTML for Parameter    WKP_AlarmTitle

Unable to render HTML for Parameter    WKP_CustomerLogo

Unable to render HTML for Parameter    WKP_ProxyUserSecurity

Resolution

If CABI and OC-SRM  are on separate servers separated by a firewall, then you need to open port 8443 for SSL and 3306 for mysql in firewall to allow open communication.  If these ports are now opened, communication will be clocked between the 2 servers.
