"Enable agent-based syslog egress for app logs" interrupts external log collection for TAS Windows apps

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
There are no logs for VMware Tanzu Application Service for VMs (TAS) applications present in the externally configured syslog systems but `cf logs` will successfully show the logs.

Environment

Cause

The option "Enable agent-based syslog egress for app logs" is enabled but which is not compatible with TASW 2.6.0.

Note: You may have enabled this field to receive an experimental fix for known loggregator scaling issues.

Resolution

Ensure "Enable agent-based syslog egress for app logs" is unchecked. A future version of TASW will resolve this issue.
