WinFS-Injector 0.11 on Windows OS fails to build the PASW Tile

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Tile versions impacted: 2.4.x, 2.3.5, 2.2.6, 2.1.12

When creating a PASW product tile with the WinFS-Injector 0.11 tool, it fails with the follow error message:

$ winfs-injector --input-tile PAS-WINDOWS-DOWNLOADED.pivotal --output-tile PAS-WINDOWS-INJECTED.pivotal
"unable to fix file permissions for windows:fatal:not in a git directory, exit status 128"

Environment

Cause

This is a known issue with the winfs-injector 0.11 tool running on a Windows OS machine. For more information, refer to this link, Update test and fixture to test different folder permissions.

Resolution

A fix to this issue is in WinFS-Injector version 0.12. Please upgrade to the latest patch release of PASW (2.4.*/2.3.*/2.2.*/2.1.*), and download the WinFS-Injector 0.12 version for building the PASW tile.
