"om config-template" error getting metadata when trying to get a tile's configuration template through om CLI

Issue/Introduction

While trying to get a tile's configuration template you can see "error getting metadata".

$ om config-template --pivnet-api-token > --output-directory products --pivnet-product-slug apm --product-version 2.0.6 
could not execute "config-template": error getting metadata for apm at version 2.0.6: no match for pattern: '*.pivotal' 

Resolution

This can happen due a temporary glitch in https://network.tanzu.vmware.com/ and should disappear after a short period of time.

This has also been seen to be permanent in old om CLI versions and updating to om CLI 7.3.0 should solve this issue.

If the issue persists for a long time and updating to a more recent om CLI version does not fix the issue, contact Tanzu Support.
