How to make environment ready for agent onboarding in DMS provider VM.

Issue/Introduction

When config DMS provider VM, after we setup BLOB storage (in setting - storage), we can prepare the provider environment for agent onboarding.

Resolution

First we need to know, there are two ways.
1. If use the latest DMS release, then we can use the online download to automatically download files from vmware network site. This method only works for the latest DMS release (If there is an internal release, then we consider it's the latest).
2. For other versions, only setup storage in setting tab.  Skip the "tanzu net token" setting.  manually download the airgap file from vmware network site. extract the zip file at local host, transfer the file to S3 storage through S3 web console. Here use the S3 web console is a MUST. If we use scp to transfer the file to the server of S3 storage, the extract file will be treated differently. For example, there are some .zip file will be extracted from the airgap zip file. If we scp those extracted zip files to the S3 storage server, those files will be treated a zip file. If we transfer the file through S3 web console, those zip file will be treat as a directory.

Once file uploaded to the S3 web console, go to the "update manager", click "check for updates". It will start the release processing.

After that, we will see the "Environment" page show "provider status" as "Ready To Onboard".
