Issue starts after the upgrade to SCS v3.1.49
The dashboard's information is visible but the assets (css, image, icons and …) are not loaded.
Sync mirror button is not loaded hence unusable

Resolution
Issue is resolved on SCS v3.1.50
As a workaround, Git mirrors can be refreshed using the CF CLI, or API endpoint, see link .
