Issue/Introduction

Your Spring Cloud Gateway (SCG) service goes through this status:

update in progress 

then to...

status: update failed It will continues on and on.

Environment

Product Version: 1.0

Resolution

The service instance will actually get updated, but it fails to report back. This is a known issue and the fix for the issue will be released in Spring Cloud Gateway 1.0.8.

Note: This fix is not available as of now, but should be available shortly.
