Failing to access Spring Cloud Services (SCS) config-server dashboard using git repo without master branch

Issue/Introduction

If a config-server service instance is created with a Git repo that doesn't have a master branch, accessing dashboard of this instance fails.

Also, using the Apps Manager "Config" tab/"SYNCHRONIZE MIRRORS" button gives the following error:

Error: "Failed to synchronize"

Resolution

There is a known issue which prevents this from working in Spring Cloud Service (SCS) 3.1.0 through SCS 3.1.10. The issue has been fixed in SCS 3.1.11. If you are experiencing this issue, please upgrade to SCS 3.1.11+.
