Issue/Introduction

When logging into Greenplum Command Center (GPCC) it may report the error:
Error: Updates stalled: [417: error Expectation Failed]

Environment

Product Version: 6.25

Resolution

Security enhancements have been made in Greenplum Command Center 6.10 and above and version 7.x which can cause this error.

If connecting to GPCC WebUI with HTTP, then ensure "EnableXSRF=false" in ${GPCC_HOME}/conf/app.conf.
Edit the file ${GPCC_HOME}/conf/app.conf and change "EnableXSRF" to be false.

EnableXSRF can be enabled when accessing the WebUI with HTTPS.
