gpperfmon_install command not found

Issue/Introduction

- RHEL 8 and higher
- installation of legacy gpperfmon is not possible, because the gpperfmon_install command is missing:

[gpadmin@mdw ~]$ find /usr/local/ -name gpperfmon_install
[gpadmin@mdw ~]$

gpperfmon_install: command not found

Environment

Product Version: 6.23

Resolution

- The gpperfmon_install has been officially deprecate in v6.26. 
- gpperfmon_install and gpperfmon service should still work for open source users on RG 6. We just don’t recommend GPCC users to use it. Also it is not available on RedHat8 ( libsigar was not able to build with newer glibc versions )
- the documentation will be fixed to reflect this
