"Export all" on History page in Greenplum Command Center (GPCC) exports incorrect time format

Issue/Introduction
On the History page of Greenplum Command Center (GPCC), it is possible to export all queries from the past to a CSV file with the "Export all" pull down menu.
The resulting CSV file will have the "Submitted" and "Ended" times of the query.
The times are in the format "YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM". However, they are missing the "seconds". The format should be "YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS".

This formatting issue is fixed in GPCC 6.6.0.
