Installing GPCC fails with "Error when unzip remote binary on mdw bin/gpccws"

Issue/Introduction

The customer was unable to install GPCC on a cluster:

Resolution

The gp_segement_configuration had custom hostnames such as CUSTOMCLUSTERHOST1 CUSTOMCLUSTERHOST2 (not sdw1, sdw2 ) and the SSH keys had to be exchanged for  CUSTOMCLUSTERHOST1 CUSTOMCLUSTERHOST2.

To resolve this issue, removed the duplicate entries from: .ssh/known_hosts
