gpaddmirror fails with MirroringFailure failure

Issue/Introduction

After using the gpaddmirror command to add a mirror into the cluster, the following error message is encountered.

Environment

Product Version: 5.15

Resolution

The issue may be caused by the /etc/hosts file. 

127.0.0.1  segment02p localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1     localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6

192.168.65.21    segment01p
192.168.65.22    segment02p
192.168.65.23    segment03p

A loopback entry for each host may resolve as `localhost`.
Remove the loopback entry and try again.
