Symptoms:

When running the gpmfr command line tool the output will report various state codes but no indication as to what they mean.

Environment

Resolution

Each of the state codes is showing the various states of the worker.  
The descriptions for each code are as follows:

STATE CODE	STATE	DESCRIPTION
0	INIT	About to start DDBoost as a child process.
1	DDSTARTED	DDBoost started, yet to get transfer status.
2	TRANSFER_INPROGRESS	Transfer status is being received on stdout.
4	TRANSFER_COMPLETE	All bytes transferred.
5	TRANSFER_INCOMPLETE	Unexpected failure in gpddboost.
6	TRANSFER_CANCELED	gpddboost received SIGINT and canceled the transfer. Partially transferred file was deleted from target DD.
