GPTransfer 3.1 only supports upgrading GPText from version 2.4.0 or 3.0.0. In other words, GPTransfer 3.1 does not support upgrading GPText from a version lower than 2.4.0 or 3.0.0.
Upgrade to GPText 2.4.0 and then use GPTransfer 3.1 to upgrade to your desired version.
