pgAdmin 4 is throwing errors if you connect Greenplum Database (GPDB) 6.x.
The same problem is encountered with pgAdmin 3 but the error is different.

Resolution
Support for pgAdmin has been removed in GPDB 5.2 and above
The pgAdmin 4 tool has been removed as an experimental feature. It is not officially supported by Broadcom VMware Support.
We recommend using other commonly available open-source tools, such as DBeaver, Squirell, etc or the commercially available products, such as DBArtisan, JetBrains, etc.
