Follow the instructions below to subscribe:

1. Navigate to https://status.run.pivotal.io/.

2. Click on Subscribe To Updates on the top-right corner of the page whenever Pivotal Web Services creates, updates or resolves an incident. Alternatively, you may wish to Subscribe to updates for issue inviting users and requesting quota increases or provisioning RedisCloud instances ONLY.

3. Select the preferred way of receiving updates:

• Subscribe via Email
• Subscribe via SMS

Follow the instructions below to unsubscribe:

1. For Email notifications, please click the Unsubscribe link listed in the footer of the notification email.

2. For SMS notifications, please click the link provided in the notification SMS to Unsubscribe.
