CA Deliver Bundle Batch Printing Using ASA Carriage Control

Issue/Introduction

Beginning with CA Deliver r11.6, bundle batch printing (via RMOBBP) can be done using ASA carriage control, versus the default of using machine carriage control, for all banner pages and reports in a bundle, by having the following in the CVDEPENU(RMOJCLB) member:

    //STEP1    EXEC  PGM=RMOBBP,
    //                       PARM='&IDX,ASA'

Notes: 

If you want individual sysout datasets to start with a skip to top-of-form ("1"), change the model bundle banner page members to use a "J" carriage control character, instead of a "1".

If the RMOJCLB member is changed, you then need to run RMODBASE OLOAD, with the library containing the changed member as input, to load the change to the Deliver database.
