Issue/Introduction

This document is meant to be a practical guide to help understand what is and is not covered by Tanzu Support for customers using Tanzu Spring Runtime & open-source Spring projects that are covered by Tanzu Support. This document is intended to provide a basic outline and cover some common concrete examples of services that are in and out of the scope of support provided by Tanzu.

[1] - This covers troubleshooting of performance issues within Spring Cloud Gateway itself, not with target application (i.e. applications receiving requests from Spring Cloud Gateway).

[2] - Bug fixes are prioritized by Tanzu Engineering with input from Tanzu Support and our customers. There is no guarantee of an immediate fix & Tanzu Support retains the right to close out support tickets if a fix is not immediate.

[3] - Tanzu Support cannot help you with the direct performance or load testing of Spring Cloud Gateway (i.e. load testing outside of a production application context). Please direct direct performance testing efforts and results to the appropriate developer communities.

[4] - Tanzu Support cannot help you with the design and architecture of your application and microservices. Tanzu customers looking for help in this area should reach out to their PDE
