Newly enabled VMware Tanzu GemFire plans not visible in marketplace for all users

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes newly enabled plans in VMware Tanzu GemFire tile are not visible in cf marketplace for all users. CF users with admin role will be able to see the new plan in cf marketplace but other users wont see the new plan. This happens only with OpsManger 2.3 due to a bug in BOSH.

Environment

Product Version: 1.6

Resolution

Resolution is for the user with admin role to enable the service access by running the below cf command.

cf enable-service-access p-cloudcache -p <PLAN_NAME>

Replace <PLAN_NAME> with the newly enabled plan.
